Privacy & Data Policy

Last updated — 07 May 2025

1. Introduction

This page explains how information is handled when you visit or interact with Ball Drop Merge Challenge (“the Game”) and its companion website (“the Site”). By continuing to use the Site or the Game you agree to the practices described below.

2. Data We Collect

No personal information (such as name, e‑mail address, IP address or device identifier) is required to play the Game or browse the Site. The Game stores only local progress data (high score, settings) on your device.

3. Analytics & Cookies

The Site sets no cookies and runs no third‑party analytics scripts. Aggregate, anonymous download counts may be provided by the Google Play Console; those figures contain no user‑level data and cannot be traced back to individuals.

4. Leaderboard Sync

If you choose to submit your score to the global leaderboard, the Game transmits a randomised player ID and numeric score over HTTPS. No other identifiers are sent. You may opt out at any time in the settings menu.

5. Children’s Privacy

Although suitable for all ages, the Game and Site intentionally avoid collecting personal data from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe unintended data was submitted, please reach out via the Contact page so we can delete it.

6. Security

The Site is delivered over HTTPS. Leaderboard scores are stored on servers with industry‑standard firewalls and access controls. Since no personal data is stored, the residual risk is minimal.

7. Changes to This Policy

Any future updates will appear on this page and take effect immediately upon posting. Material changes will be highlighted for at least 30 days.
